Item(s) must be in original condition with original tag and original packaging condition.
Item(s) must be in clean and free from ANY Pet fur/hair.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of the received.
Returns will not be proceed if the item(s) does not meet the above criteria, at your own expense.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Pets Manic will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
